Sectors

Experience that transfers from one challenge to the next.

We bring practical knowledge from demanding public, commercial and industrial projects, then apply it to the specific needs of each building.

Where we work

Built around the environment, not a standard template.

Every sector has different pressures. Our role is to understand the operation, manage the interfaces and deliver mechanical services that support the people using the building.

01

Healthcare

Mechanical services for NHS hospitals and clinical environments, delivered to relevant HTM requirements where safety, phasing, hygiene and continuity of operation are critical.

02

Education

Heating, cooling, ventilation and plant upgrades across schools, colleges and universities, often delivered around occupied buildings and fixed term dates.

03

Manufacturing and process

Plant and pipework for manufacturing and technical environments, with careful attention to production requirements, shutdowns and specialist services.

04

Commercial and public

Complete mechanical installations for offices, civic buildings, public estates and refurbishment programmes.

05

Sport and leisure

Comfort systems, ventilation and specialist underpitch heating experience for sports and high-occupancy leisure environments.

06

Electrification and low-carbon systems

VRF, heat pump and all-electric building services that reduce reliance on gas while respecting the realities of the building.

Service capability

Offsite prefabrication

We survey, coordinate and fabricate pipework assemblies and plant modules in controlled workshop conditions before they reach site. This improves quality and makes installation safer, faster and more predictable.

  • Survey and CAD designDetailed site measurements, coordinated drawings, equipment layouts and connection details are completed before installation starts.
  • Full offsite assemblyModules are assembled, pipework completed and hydraulic pressure testing carried out before dispatch.
  • Reduced site time and riskFewer visits, deliveries and site activities reduce disruption, improve programme certainty and lower the installation carbon footprint.
  • Commissioning and supportWater-side testing, controls setup, proving, operator training and ongoing support complete the delivery.
